Michal installed our windows about 12 years ago. They are still beautiful, and we are calling him again today to get an estimate on my Dad’s house. He was just getting started then. In fact, I believe he saved us, as the company he worked for was going out of business and the salesman wouldn’t return our calls. I don’t think they had any plans to honor our deposit or return for install, but Michal made it happen. I have no idea how he did it! I will never forget that. He planned to go on his own, so we posted his BM Windows sign in our yard once the job was done, and we told as many of our friends as possible. We will never use anyone else.
