We just had 23 windows installed in a day by BM. 2 crews and they were very professional. We chose BM because I had read reviews that they had great customer service and always honored their work. It’s true. During the installation we noticed 2 windows that were supposed to be frosted (bathroom windows), were not frosted.  So when we asked the crew they showed us that their order showed that it wasn’t. We thought perhaps we had made a mistake. They next day they called to ask about the service we received and so we mentioned the 2 windows. They told us the owner, Michael, would call us back. He did, in 20 minutes, and admitted he had made a mistake on his notes and would reorder and have it fixed. This is the customer service we were looking for. The windows look great and we are very happy we chose BM!
