Replacement Window Myth #4: Replacing Windows and Doors is a Major Intrusion on Your Life
We often hear from people who are hesitant to replace their windows and doors because they are afraid of the disruption it will cause to their lives. We get it—no one likes living in a construction zone. Your house is in a constant state of disarray, there is a complete lack of privacy; not to mention all the noise and dust created by the project. However, it doesn’t have to be that way. BM Windows has been installing windows and doors in San Diego for many years, and one of the things our customers consistently tell us is that they are pleasantly surprised at how unobtrusive the installation process is. The Importance of Google Reviews for San Diego Replacement Window Companies

It makes sense—a simple Google search can produce a whole host of information. Online research saves time and can give you a fairly accurate picture of the various companies in your area, including their reputation with their past customers. For example, if you were to do the Google search “replacement windows and doors in San Diego,” one of the first search results to appear on page one would be a list of replacement window and door companies in the San Diego area, with their accompanying Google reviews. BM Windows will usually show up on that list, given the fact that we have received a number of …

Making Sure Your Windows Can Serve as an Escape Route As you probably know, building codes require that every bedroom in your house has an egress window—a window large enough to serve as an escape route in case of a fire or another emergency. The California Building Code requires that windows have a clear …
BM Windows Moving to a New Larger Location in San Diego
We are excited to announce that the BM Windows office, showroom, and warehouse will be moving locations this Spring. We have been busting at the seams for a while now, so when a larger space near our current location became available, we took advantage of it! The new space, which is only a few doors down from the space in which we now reside, is about twice the size. This will allow us to add more office space for our growing staff, and give us a larger warehouse so we are able to have more inventory on hand. In addition, we will have a bigger showroom, so customers will be able to see more options for replacement windows and doors. We will also have more room for consultations with customers in our new space. Of course, we can still come to your San Diego home for a replacement …
