We recently completed a window installation in San Diego at a condominium located on the Oaks North Golf Course. This condo was built in 1985 and the owner, like many of our customers, wanted to upgrade the original windows to make them more modern and energy-efficient. We installed a total of eight replacement windows, as well as a replacement three-panel door at this San Diego home. The owner, William, was extremely satisfied with the outcome. On our Customer Installation Inspection Checklist that we have all of our customers fill out at the end of any installation, William was given the option of rating the performance of our installation crew as either “Excellent,” “Satisfactory” or “Poor.” William decided to make his own category, “Very Excellent,” and checked that box!
