At the end of each job our team completes, every customer receives what we call our Customer Installation Inspection Checklist. This checklist allows customers to rate our crew’s overall installation performance. It also ensures our crew has completed several very important tasks prior to the project’s completion. With the checklist, we ask customers to verify that their installers demonstrated how their new replacement windows and doors operate, including any screens. They are also asked to inspect the interior and exterior trim around their new windows and doors to make sure it is installed to their satisfaction and that the screens are free from any defects.
