Michal installed our windows about 12 years ago. They are still beautiful, and we are calling him again today to get an estimate on my Dad's house. He was just getting started then. We just had 23 windows installed in a day by BM. 2 crews and they were very professional. We chose BM because I had read reviews that they had great customer service and always honored their work. It's true. During the installation we noticed 2 windows that were supposed to be frosted (bathroom windows), were not frosted. So when we asked the crew they showed us that their order showed that it wasn't. We thought perhaps we had made a mistake. They next day they called to ask about the service we received and so we mentioned the 2 windows. They told us the owner, Michael, would call us back. This Company is Fantastic! From the first phone call to to the final window put in !!!!The workers wore masks the whole time, polite and very respectful of my home. When the workers left they left as though they were never here, clean as a whistle! My windows are just as promised, so clean and beautiful!! I live in a Condo and I'm in front off the street.
