Most people we know love a good discount! Even people with high-end taste still love to save money when they can. It makes sense, then, why some of our potential customers would ask us if we have any discount windows and doors for sale at our San Diego store. Replacement Windows and Doors Are Different Than Most Home Improvement Products

Replacement windows and doors differ from other home improvement products in that they are made to order. When a homeowner wants new windows and doors, we go to their house and take careful measurements to get the exact dimensions of each window and door they need. We also help them decide which features and/or upgrades to include. Then, we place an order with all the details. Each window and door is custom made, just for that home.

This means that there aren’t a bunch of replacement windows sitting in a warehouse somewhere, waiting to be ordered, and that also means there isn’t “overstock” or “discontinued” inventory that will need to be discounted at some point. When a manufacturer decides to discontinue a product, they simply stop taking orders for that product, so there is never an opportunity to sell discontinued products at a discount.

What About Sales on Replacement Windows and Doors?

You might be thinking, “OK, fine. You don’t have discount windows and doors to offload. But do you ever run any sales?” At BM Windows, we generally don’t run seasonal sales or promotions like some of our competitors do. Instead, we offer everyday low prices. Our Only Exception

The only discount we do provide, is one for members of the U.S. military, military veterans, and first responders. We offer a year-round 5% discount, as a way to show our appreciation for those who sacrifice so much for our country and our community! Five percent may not sound like a lot, but when you are replacing all the windows and doors in a home, it can really add up to substantial savings.
