Continuing to Take Precautions Requested by Our San Diego Replacement Window Customers

Shortly after the coronavirus made its way to the San Diego area, our replacement window company put out a blog post letting current customers and potential customers know how BM Windows is responding. We got a lot a lot of great feedback from people about our approach. They were reassured, knowing that we are taking the virus and their health seriously by not needlessly putting people at risk.

As things start to open back up, we understand that there are still some people who are uncomfortable going “back to normal” right away. After all, the virus has not been eradicated, is still highly contagious, and there is not currently a vaccine available. So, for those who are in the “high risk” categories (the elderly, immunocompromised, those with asthma, etc.) or anyone else who has reservations about letting anyone other than immediate family into their homes, we will continue to exercise the same level of caution we have been using, when requested.

For example, we will still make sure our team is healthy before entering homes and provide them with masks and instruct them to liberally use hand sanitizer. In addition, we can take window measurements from outside of your home, and sign contracts without coming inside, all while maintaining our distance. If you want our team members to wear masks, they are happy to do so.

Of course, if you want to wait to have your windows replaced until the virus has run its course or we have a vaccine, BM Windows will still be here down the road serving San Diego homeowners.
