A Great Replacement Window Warranty Gets Even Better for San Diego Homeowners!

But now, the product warranty that comes from Anlin Window Systems, one of our preferred manufacturers of replacement window and door products, has improved, making the coverage on your replacement windows and patio doors even better than before!

Anlin windows are highly rated by consumers and the window industry alike. Since we’ve been working with this company, they’ve always offered a good warranty on their products. It is one of the reasons we use their replacement window products. Previously, Anlin Window Systems offered a Limited Lifetime Warranty with their products, but beginning in January 2017, they now offer a True Double Lifetime Limited Warranty.

With the Limited Lifetime Warranty, the home’s windows were covered for as long as the original purchaser of the replacement windows and doors owned the home. The subsequent homeowner only had coverage for 15 years after the beginning of the coverage period (the installation date). Accidental glass breakage replacement was only available to the second homeowner for 10 years after installation.

With Anlin’s True Double Lifetime Limited Warranty, both the original purchaser of the replacement windows and doors, as well as the home’s subsequent owner are covered for as long as they own the home. The warranty covers the windows’ vinyl, glass, hardware, screens, and exterior colors. It also covers the shipping costs of any replacement parts.

This new and improved product warranty is a great selling feature when it comes time to put your house on the market. Or, it can be of benefit to anyone who may someday inherit your home.

As with all warranties, there are, of course, limitations to the coverage. Failure to properly maintain your replacement windows and doors can void your warranty.
