At BM Windows, we were happy to help the Abbotsford Vineyard Church with a window installation project at their Casa de Luz Center in Primo Tapia, Baja California, Mexico.
The Canadian-based church runs the children’s center as a place that “works to keep families together… as part of [the church’s] Gospel-centered community development in Mexico.”
House of Light
Meaning “house of light,” the center serves as a source of hope, support and community for local families in poverty. Services include emergency food relief; micro-loan business and education programs; a home ownership program; Prepatoria Abierta Education both for children and parents; and the children’s center.
The Children’s Center is a safe, beautiful and inviting place where single parents are able to drop off their children so the parents can work or attend school. While at the center, children eat healthy meals, get emotional and spiritual support and have fun with art projects, homework help and more.
How BM Windows Worked with Casa de Luz
For us, helping with the Casa de Luz project was a good way for us to give to a community in need and to support an organization that is doing important work for children, families and communities. We appreciate the gratitude that the members of Casa de Luz and the Abbotsford Vineyard Church shared with us.
More importantly, we truly appreciate the opportunity to have been able to share our talents and our expertise in a way that helps those in need and supports those that are doing valuable work for the families in Primo Tapia.

To support the project, we provided all new vinyl windows for the Casa de Luz Community Outreach Center. The construction project for the Community Outreach Center is almost complete and will include meeting rooms for adult education programs, a community kitchen and housing for volunteers who travel to Primo Tapia to support the work of the center.
Having a new, clean and attractive space helps all involved in the mission of Casa de Luz and the Abbotsford Vineyard Church to provide a safe place full of hope and opportunity.

Comments from the Church
“Thanks to the very generous donation of windows that we received from BM Windows, we were able to completely outfit our new Community Outreach Center with windows! Once completed, the Community Outreach Center will house a community kitchen, meeting rooms for our Adult Education Program, as well as housing for additional individuals and/or families that would like to come and help us as we serve the children and families of Primo Tapia. We are very excited with all of the potential that lies in this building to really impact the needy children and families around us here in Primo Tapia!
Michal, thank you again for partnering with our ministry. Thank you for your incredible generosity, and for blessing our ministry with these much-needed windows. Thanks to your help and the support of your business, we are able to invest the money that we saved towards the completion of the Community Outreach building. We hope that you know how truly your generosity is appreciated, and what a difference your donation has made to our ministry!”
