Unless you know what to look for and have a keen eye for detail, many of the replacement windows on the market will look very similar to you. It can be hard for most people to tell the difference between windows made by Anlin, Milgard, Simonton, or any of the other popular brands that are sold in San Diego. Because of this, it’s important to work with a replacement window company that has your best interests in mind—a company like BM Windows that helps match customers with the best windows for their homes.
At BM Windows, one of the brands we highly recommend to our customers is Anlin Windows. We’ve been selling this brand for many years and our customers love the windows made by this manufacturer! Anlin windows are high quality, energy efficient, and beautiful—perfect for San Diego homes! They also come with an industry-leading double lifetime warranty.
One of the main things that separates Anlin windows from other windows on the market is how their windows are made. Their manufacturing process uses a combination of robotics and human hands to ensure the best outcome. Anlin understands that some processes are best done by machines, while others should be performed by their employees. Therefore, they have carefully outfitted their factory to best utilize the advantages of both machines and people.

Anlin has spared no expense in their manufacturing equipment. They had state-of-the-art machines built to create and assemble the parts for the vinyl frames and precisely cut every piece of glass. Further assembly, as well as quality control and touch ups are done by Anlin employees, who carefully inspect every window before it is packaged and sent out for installation. If you order windows with a custom frame color (any frame color other than white or tan), the frames are carefully taped off and hand sprayed in the Anlin factory. Anlin employees make sure each window matches the specifications of the order, in terms of size, style, and any other details, such as decorative or energy-efficiency upgrades. In addition, every window goes through a final cleaning process to ensure that the windows are delivered without fingerprints or any other smudges. Once every window gets their final inspection, they are packed up for safe shipping.
Recently, Anlin put together some short videos about their company to highlight what makes their company special. The video below will give you a glimpse into the Anlin manufacturing process. In the video, you can see some of the equipment, as well as the people who make the Anlin windows that get installed in homes throughout San Diego.
