The removal process is usually very clean and quick. Most of our projects are done using retrofit style installation (without collapsing the existing frame).
New vinyl windows or vinyl patio doors are carefully installed using cutting edge technology and top quality materials, such as low expansion foam and polyurethane caulking.
When all the windows are plumb and square, the finishing work takes place. Our installers are trained to pay attention to every detail. After the finish work is done, clean-up and final inspection is in order.
It is our policy to walk through the job with the homeowner and make sure that they are fully satisfied with the work we have performed. It is also important that the homeowner knows how to operate their new replacement windows and doors.
Most jobs we do are finished in one day. The average San Diego area house has about 8-10 windows and 1-2 patio doors. We typically complete jobs of average size in one day. For larger projects it may take 2 days to complete the window and door installation. However, we can often complete larger installations in one day by assigning additional crew members to the job.
