If a manufacturer is confident enough to guarantee their windows for two lifetimes, they are likely high-quality, durable windows.

Why Do I Need a Double Lifetime Warranty?

You may be wondering, “Why should I care about a double lifetime warranty?” This is a great question. Most people don’t see much value in a warranty that covers the next owner of their home, but in certain circumstances, there could be tremendous value.

Home buyers are becoming more and more savvy. Many are looking for the best value available in a home—especially in an expensive market like San Diego. For example, if a home has solar panels, they’ll know that their monthly electric bill will be lower than it would be in a home that doesn’t have solar panels, making the home more affordable.
