But what if the problem is with the installation? What Does the BM Windows Warranty Include?
The BM Windows installation warranty covers all parts and labor used in the installation of your replacement windows and doors. It also includes the repair or replacement (when not repairable) of patio door hardware and window and patio door screens. These are things that are not typically covered by manufacturers’ warranties. BM Windows also offers coverage for windows and doors in coastal areas, which are typically excluded from other warranties, and we will replace most window glass if it is accidentally broken.
Why Don’t Other San Diego Replacement Window Companies Offer an Installation Warranty?
BM Windows is able to offer this type of warranty because we use only highly trained replacement window installers for all of our projects. Other replacement window companies in San Diego outsource the installation of the windows they sell to subcontractors, or use general laborers who may not be specifically trained in window and door installation, so they don’t want to guarantee their work. However, we are so confident in the skills and experience of our installation teams that we are willing to guarantee their work for as long as you own your home.
