A Focus on Replacement Windows and Doors for Commercial Facilities in San Diego

B.M. Windows has historically specialized in residential projects, but we are also involved in numerous commercial projects in San Diego. We would like to tell you about a few of the projects we are currently undertaking. We are proud to announce that we were awarded the opportunity to do a project for the Community Convalescent Hospital of La Mesa, replacing their windows and doors. We have also already completed a couple of apartment buildings in the downtown area. These apartment buildings are three story buildings with multiple units. B.M. Windows is currently involved in the process of replacing all the windows and doors in a downtown hotel as well. With the commercial projects we are involved in there are added responsibilities that we are confident in handling. We know that these types of projects are completely different from residential window and door replacements. We have experience in dealing with city permits, inspections, coordination with the tenants and property managing companies. As you can see, we handle commercial and residential projects with the same care, customer oriented service,  high quality labor and materials.
