BM Windows Named “Best in Customer Service” by San Diego Publication

All of us at BM Windows are proud to announce that our company has been awarded the 2017 Best in Customer Service award by Window & Door Consumer! We are one of only three San Diego companies to receive the award, and the only replacement window company to be honored! Out of all of the replacement window companies in San Diego, it is quite an honor to be named the “best”—especially in the area of customer service!

Window & Door Consumer is a website dedicated to educating San Diego homeowners on replacement windows and doors, garage doors, window screens, and other related items. It helps readers find the best products for their homes, and also connects homeowners with the best San Diego window and door professionals for their home improvement projects. This is the first year that the website has given out the Best in Customer Service awards, and we are proud to be among the first group of winners!

The Best in Customer Service awards are given out based on customer reviews and customer ratings. To receive the award, companies must also be in good standing with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and be local to the San Diego area (not a national chain).

From the first day that Michal Bohm opened the doors of BM Windows, the company has been dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We receive consistent high praise from customers who appreciate our “no pressure” sales approach, and our attention to detail in all aspects of our work. We work hard to make sure every customer is completely satisfied, and if they’re not, we do what we can to make things right.
