Employee Spotlight: Lead Installer Carlos Guerrero Brings Experience and Reliability to Window and Door Installations in San Diego

BM Windows is very fortunate to have a great team of employees. One member of our team that really stands out is Carlos Guerrero, our lead installer and jobsite supervisor. Carlos has been with BM Windows since the company opened its doors in San Diego back in 2007. He worked shoulder to shoulder with owner Michal Bohm installing replacement windows and doors during the company’s early years. Before he came on staff at BM Windows, Carlos had more than ten years of experience installing windows and doors. During his career, Carlos has installed thousands of replacement windows and doors throughout San Diego County—completing installations in everything from small residences to large hotels and apartment complexes.

Not only is Carlos our most experienced and reliable lead installer, he is also one of our most trusted, having a perfect safety record for the last five years. Under his supervision, there have been zero job-related injuries. He also sets himself apart by holding several industry certifications.
